bondEX Starter Kit, Cartridges for decontamination, of fluorescent dyes in solutions
For removal of ethidium bromide and other gel dyes from electrophoresis fluids.

The pre-filtered dye solution is run over the bondEX 50 cartridge. This does not require any other auxiliary means such as syringes or pumps. The resin in the cartridge can hold up to 50 mg ethidium bromide or SYBR®Green. An indicator cartridge shows by red colouring or UV fluorescence when the saturation of the bondEX 50 cartridge is reached.

In addition to the components for decontamination, the Starter Kit also consists of various funnels and adapters with which the dye solution can be fed directly onto the cartridge or - in the case of larger quantities - from a 1-10 l tank, as required.The funnels and adapters are reusable.
