The PowderProof® horizontal lance sampler adds flexibility to sampling in situations where access to the container from above is limited or undesirable. This sampler is ideal for sampling from bags or other packaging that can be pierced from the side. The horizontal lance allows accurate sampling of free flowing powders and granules.
The PowderProof® sampling lance is a field-proven, mobile yet electrically powered sampling solution specifically for powders and granules. Large sample quantities can be obtained in a very short time. The robust drive unit combined with an interchangeable lance and spiral conveyor allows flexible sampling from a variety of bulk materials, whether from drums, big bags or sacks.

With the PowderProof® sample collector, both target point and all-layer samples can be taken quickly and conveniently. This enables comprehensive quality control right from incoming goods inspection.

The lance tip is specially designed for good gliding and easy penetration into the material, even through narrow container openings.

Insert the lance adapter into the holder of the Bosch drive unit, insert the conveyor spiral into the lance, screw the lance onto the lance adapter using the union nut.Insert the sample bag into the bag holding clamp, attach the bag holding clamp to the sample outlet.Set the speed selector to 1 (low speed range) and press the on/off switch.Insert the lance into the sample material, the sample material is conveyed by the lance directly into the sample bag.To end sampling, release the on/off switch.Pull the sampling lance out of the sample material.
