It can also be used with precasted IEF or PAGE gels.The removable cooling plate made of a special ceramic enables effective heat dissipation and control. An optional recirculating chiller (e.g. PE51.1) can be quickly and easily connected to the cooling plate to ensure optimal operating temperatures for high-voltage electrophoresis.
