These 50 L bags fit Biostat® RM bioreactors and are designed for seed train and production applications without pH and DO control. Within the Flexsafe® RM range covering sizes from 1 L to 200 L, the Basic format suits workflows that do not require integrated sensor control. Bags up to 50 L size are also available with screw caps of 38 mm diameter; the screw cap can be used for insertion or removal of larger objects inside a laminar flow cabinet, for example microcarriers. Supplied as a pack of 5 pieces from manufacturer Sartorius, the bags provide a practical single-use vessel option for gentle mixing in laboratory and bioprocess settings.
