The corrugated tube has circular waves arranged concentrically around the longitudinal axis and flanged end pieces in PFA. Two pre-mounted screw caps with GL threads in PBTP and silicone sealing discs allow direct connection to components or apparatus with GL threaded connectors. The joint is completely tight and vacuum-compatible. Key dimensions are inner diameter 12,4 mm, outer diameter 16,1 mm, bend radius 23 mm and maximum pressure load 2,6 bar at a working length of 0,5 m. Offered as one piece with a net weight of 0,068 kg, this flexible connector from manufacturer Bohlender supports fluid and gas transfer in laboratory setups that need chemical resistance together with a defined minimum bend radius. The PFA hose body and flanged ends combine with the PBTP caps and silicone seals to give a compact, install-ready link between GL fittings without additional adapters.

This article is part of PVC, PTFE & other tubing, in Tubing, hoses & fittings.

Key features

Pack size: 1 pc

Material: PFA tubing with flanged ends

Thread: GL 25 (2 PBTP screw caps, silicone seals)

Length: 500 mm (0,5 m)

Nominal width: NW 13

Inner / outer Ø: 12,4 mm / 16,1 mm

https://www.luminixhealth.com/en-nl/products/bola-flanged-corrugated-tubing-gl-25-l-500-mm-nw-13-tubing-of-pfa-2-pbtp-th
