Transfer membrane for most nucleic acid and protein immobilising techniques

Directions for use

Nitrocellulose should only conditionally be used for electrophoretic transfer of nucleic acids, because of the high salt concentrations required for the transfer. Membranes of 0,45 μm pore size allow for DNA transfer (minimum 300 bp) and protein transfer (minimum 20 kDa).
