Détecte des sous-types spécifiques d'adénocarcinomes : adénocarcinomes du pancréas, de la vésicule biliaire, du poumon, du col de l'utérus ; carcinomes cholangiocarcinomes du foie ; carcinomes canalaires et lobulaires du sein ; carcinomes de l'ovaire  ; carcinomes à cellules transitionnelles de la vessie ; mésothéliome ; négatif dans la plupart des cas de carcinome hépatocellulaire.
