Les systèmes de transfert semi-sec (Semi Dry Blotters) PROfessional offrent des temps de transfert rapides pour le buvardage des protéines ainsi que des acides nucléiques, et sont compatibles avec des épaisseurs de gel de 0,25 à 10 mm. Les Semi Dry Blotters PROfessional utilisent un couvercle à visser qui sécurise le « sandwich » de transfert (en option) et permet un contrôle total de la pression, assurant ainsi un transfert uniforme.
