De stromingsbreker kan axiaal op het dispergeerinstrument worden bewogen, wat een optimale uitlijning met het vat mogelijk maakt.
Het materiaal PEEK is gebruikt voor sterilisatie (met alle gangbare methoden) of een eenvoudige reiniging in de vaatwasser. De flowbreaker heeft een zeer goede chemische bestendigheid en kan permanent worden gebruikt bij temperaturen tot 260 °C.
