UHPLC-voorkolommen NUCLEODUR®, C8 Gravity, 1,8µm, 4x3mm
Ter bescherming van uw hoofd-HPLC-kolom tegen verontreiniging wordt het gebruik van voorkolommen aanbevolen. Deze korte kolommen worden in een voorkolomhouder geplaatst. De voorkolomhouder met daarin een voorkolom wordt tussen de injector en de HPLC-kolom geïnstalleerd. Deze installatie voorkomt dat chemische verontreinigingen de hoofdkolom bereiken. Omdat een verontreiniging een onomkeerbare binding met het kolomvulmateriaal (stationaire fase) kan aangaan, kan dit resulteren in een kortere levensduur van de kolom. Als u de levensduur van uw hoofdkolom wilt verlengen, dan kunnen deze korte kolommen u helpen.
