Récupération d'ADN fonctionnellement intact en une seule étape de centrifugation. La tranche d'agarose est placée directement dans le dispositif pré-assemblé et centrifugée pendant 10 minutes (fig. B). Aucune fonte ou digestion enzymatique n'est nécessaire. La tranche d'agarose est nébulisée et l'ADN est filtré et purifié pendant la centrifugation. L'éluat peut être simplement conservé dans le tube d'extraction ou prélevé du tube pour appliquer l'ADN à des analyses ultérieures.
Compatible avec toutes les agaroses à température de gélification standard (non compatible avec l'agarose à bas point de fusion). Convient pour des fragments de 100 pb à 10 000 pb. Idéal également pour l'ADN marqué, par exemple après marquage fluorescent ou radioactif. Taux de récupération fiables pour des fragments de 100 pb à 2 000 pb. Les unités d'extraction sur gel peuvent être utilisées avec tous les tampons de migration sur gel standards. Après élution à partir de gels migrés avec du tampon ROTIPHORESE® 10x TAE light (Réf. 0122.1), l'ADN peut être utilisé directement pour le clonage ou le séquençage.
