Beschrijving

Equipment package Q90 is an extended interior fitting set for laboratory safety cabinets, containing four standard shelves, four perforated sheet inserts and four bottom sump trays. The shelves (HF.ML.5553) and the perforated sheet inserts (EP.ML.29417) are both made from powder-coated sheet steel in RAL 7035 light grey, each rated for a load capacity of 75 kg. The STAWA-R bottom sump trays (HF.ML.7455) share the same powder-coated sheet steel finish in RAL 7035 light grey and hold a volume of 22 litres per tray. The combination of solid shelves, perforated inserts and sump trays enables flexible storage layouts with integrated spill containment inside Q90 cabinets. Supplied as one package with a net weight of 43 kg, the set is shipped only together with the corresponding main article, ex works from Gründau. Offered by manufacturer Asecos, this light-grey powder-coated steel package provides a complete, modular interior solution for laboratory chemical storage applications.

Questions about Equipment packages Q90

What is this article?

Equipment packages Q90 is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes asecos for laboratory use. It sits in Trays, bowls & tubs, inside Dishes, crucibles & porcelain, in Labmateriaal.

A laboratory tray, bowl or tub is an open vessel for holding, staining, drying or carrying many small items at once. Polypropylene trays resist a knock and many aqueous liquids. Porcelain takes heat. The useful numbers are the bottom size and the depth, because that is the working area.

A dish is an open vessel for drying, evaporating or holding a solid. Porcelain and glazed ceramic take a higher temperature than borosilicate glass, which is why a crucible, not a beaker, goes into a furnace. A watch glass covers, or holds a small amount for drying. A mortar is for grinding. The temperature and the chemical, not the shape alone, choose the material. Laboratory ware of this family is listed under ISO laboratory ware.
