Bovendien worden 5 specifiek geoptimaliseerde protocollen meegeleverd om voor elk bronmateriaal een maximale zuiverheid van het nucleïnezuur te bereiken. Zo wordt binnen ca. 25 minuten hoogzuiver viraal nucleïnezuur geëlueerd, vrij van inhibitoren.
