Lambda Hind III Marker, DNA ladder + gel loading buffer, 100 µg, plastic

Classical, irregular standard for analysis of middle-range DNA fragments.The marker was manufactured by using unmethylated Lambda-DNA and restriction endonuclease Hind III. The restriction digestion results in a largely equimolar distribution of the DNA (with the exception of the 4361 bp fragment), so that additional DNA quantity estimation can be performed.
