Description

Maxxline 1,0 mL Cryovials are sterile cryogenic sample tubes engineered for contamination-controlled collection, storage and cryopreservation workflows. Each vial is made from a specialised polypropylene formulation and offers a wide working temperature span from −196 °C to 121 °C together with high pressure tolerance, supporting deep-freeze storage as well as autoclave-compatible handling. Sterilisation follows internationally recognised methods; tubes and packaging are free from detectable heavy-metal contamination and are tested for BSE/TSE, cytotoxic substances and detectable RNases/DNases, helping keep samples free from packaging-related impurities. An external-thread design reduces contamination risk without enlarging the vial profile, while quick-seal caps open or close with only a half turn. Every cap incorporates a lip seal for leak-tight sample retention. Nominal volume is 1,0 mL (0,001 l). Supplied sterile in a carton of 1000 pieces from manufacturer AHN Biotechnologie under the Maxxline ® brand, these cryovials suit biobanks, cell-culture laboratories and molecular biology suites that require reliable, externally threaded polypropylene vessels for long-term cryogenic work.

Questions about Maxxline 1.0 mL Cryo Tubes, sterile, Case / 1000 pcs.

What is this article?

Maxxline 1.0 mL Cryo Tubes, sterile, Case / 1000 pcs. is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes AHN Biotechnologie for laboratory use. It sits in Cryogenic vials & tubes, inside Cryogenics & cold storage, in Lab consumables.

A cryogenic vial is a small tube with a seal made for very low temperatures. Internal and external threads differ. A vial that will see liquid nitrogen has to be rated for it, and it should not be overfilled, because trapped liquid expands. The cap insert is part of the seal.

Cold storage slows chemistry and keeps cells, proteins and nucleic acids from falling apart. A cryogenic vial is made to survive liquid-nitrogen temperatures and to be sealed against the liquid. A box and a rack are how those vials are found again. The article is not part of free standard delivery when it must stay cold: cold-chain goods are never included in that free delivery. Biosafety of the material inside is summarised by the WHO laboratory biosafety topic. Reference lines are held by ATCC.
