Description
Sterile dead-volume-free sampling assembly provides a hygienic take-off point for Ultra Clear® RO Basic and Protegra CS® water systems. The stainless-steel (VA) body is configured for sterile, dead-space-free sample withdrawal and uses Tri-Clamp geometry suited to controlled laboratory and process water loops. Dual Tri-Clamp ports for DN20 D34 (DIN 32676) combined with G 3/4'' male thread allow optional connection via clamp or 3/4'' external thread, giving flexible integration into existing pipework. Body and connection parts are executed in VA stainless steel, while the seal is EPDM for aqueous service. Offered by manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies as dedicated system accessory hardware, the unit supports representative sampling without residual hold-up volume that could compromise analytical integrity. Compact Tri-Clamp interfaces simplify installation and removal for cleaning or maintenance on reverse-osmosis and related pure-water installations. The design focuses on cleanability and mechanical compatibility with standard sanitary fittings used in laboratory water treatment. Supplied as a single piece for direct integration into Ultra Clear RO Basic and Protegra CS plant configurations where sterile, dead-volume-free sampling is required.

Questions about Sterile dead space sampling port
What is this article?
Sterile dead space sampling port is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Stopcocks & valves, inside Tubing, hoses & fittings, in Labware.
A stopcock opens and closes a line, or directs it between ports. Glass stopcocks have a ground plug that needs grease or a PTFE key. The bore decides the flow. A two-way and a three-way key are different parts.
Tubing is how a liquid or a gas moves between two vessels without being poured. Silicone stays flexible and survives repeated autoclaving. PTFE resists almost every solvent and is stiff. PVC is the ordinary flexible line for water and for mild aqueous work. The fitting, not the tube, is what usually leaks: the barb, the thread and the stopcock have to match the tube bore. Glass and plastic apparatus around these lines is indexed under ISO laboratory ware.
Which category should I open next?
