Description

Syringe pump LA-180 is an eight-channel, programmable laboratory syringe pump engineered for precise fluid delivery using syringes of up to 10 ml volume. Intended for laboratory environments, it accommodates eight syringes simultaneously and provides variable pump speeds ranging from 0,0262 cm/h to 3,3327 cm/min, together with dispensable volumes from 0,568 µl/h to 380 ml/h. Force applied to the syringe plunger spans 72,57 kg at minimum speed to 13,60 kg at maximum speed. Volume is shown on the display in µl or ml, and the unit supports automatic syringe filling as well as automatic restart after a power interruption. Extensive programmability covers pump volume, pauses, alarms and external signal handling, while an RS-232 interface enables network connectivity. Power is delivered through a 12 V DC, 1000 mA mains supply unit. With overall dimensions of 26 × 38 × 12 cm and a net weight of 4,6 kg, the instrument fits comfortably on the laboratory bench. Manufactured by Landgraf HLL, the LA-180 combines multi-channel capacity, flexible speed control and programmable operation for research, analytical chemistry and process workflows that demand simultaneous, accurate handling of multiple small-volume syringes.

Questions about Syringe pump LA-180, 8-channel, RS232, programmable

What is this article?

Syringe pump LA-180, 8-channel, RS232, programmable is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Landgraf HLL for laboratory use. It sits in Disposable syringes, inside Syringes & needles, in Lab consumables.

A disposable syringe is a sterile or clean barrel and piston for transfer and injection, from 1 mL to large irrigation sizes. Luer slip and Luer lock are different tips. It is not graduated for an analytical result. Two-part and three-part syringes differ in how the plunger seals.

A syringe is a barrel and a piston. A disposable syringe is for transfer and injection. A microlitre syringe is a precise analytical tool, often with a cemented or removable needle, used to inject into a chromatograph. The needle gauge and the point, and the Luer or cemented connection, have to match the job. A Luer slip and a Luer lock are not the same fitting. In-vitro and diagnostic context is under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems.
