Damages and Issues

Business Purchases (B2B)

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, organization, or institution (e.g. hospitals, universities, or labs), returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, in which case contact us within 7 days for evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse returns or offer replacements/refunds at our discretion. No cooling-off period applies to B2B transactions.
