Freezing Container, PC jar, foam insert, 1 pc

Designed for use with cryogenic tubes, these freezing containers provide simple cooling of samples at the optimal rate to preserve cells. Made with a polycarbonate container, HDPE closure and tube support, and foam insert, they offer a critical and repeatable cooling rate of -1 ºC per minute, which is necessary for successful cryopreservation and cell recovery. Includes inserts for 1.0, 1.8, and 2.0 ml tubes, with a capacity for 18 tubes.
