Directions for use
Hayem’s reagent prevents lysis and aggregation of erythrocytes improving manual counting of red blood cells. Anticoagulated blood is diluted 1:200 with Hayem’s reagent and the suspension is loaded into a Neubauer counting chamber for cell counting.
