Gemaakt van acrylglas voor optimale visuele inspectie en van chemisch bestendig polyoxymethyleen (POM) (versies „P”) voor routinegebruik van organische oplosmiddelen.
MM-separatoren zijn ontworpen voor een optimale scheiding van magnetische beads wat betreft snelheid en positionering van het bead-pellet, alsmede stabiliteit en gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
De MM-separatoren van magtivio zijn bedoeld voor de magnetische scheiding van MagSi-beads uit vloeibare monsters voor de isolatie en zuivering van nucleïnezuren en eiwitten, immunoprecipitatie, immunoassays (ELISA), celsortering en de zuivering van biomoleculen.
De PCR-stripadapters moeten op de MM-separatoren M96 worden geplaatst en zijn geschikt voor gebruikers met een lagere monsterdoorvoer die de voorkeur geven aan het gebruik van PCR-buisjesstrips boven PCR-platen. Deze separatoren zijn geschikt voor gebruik met U- of V-vormige 96-wells microplaten en voor 96-wells PCR-platen in diverse formaten, en 8- en 12-buisjes PCR-strips. Toepassingsgebied: handmatig gebruik met 8- en 12-buisjes PCR-strips, complementair aan MM-separatoren M96. Compatibel met 8- of 12-kanaals multipipetten.
