De klaar-voor-gebruik-oplossing is zeer eenvoudig in het gebruik, wat resulteert in hoge celopbrengsten, terwijl de cellevensvatbaarheid en de representatieve verhouding van B- naar T-lymfocyten behouden blijven. Zowel de osmolaliteit als de pH-waarde worden strikt binnen het fysiologische bereik gehouden. Geschikt voor toepassing met niet-gecoaguleerd perifeer volbloed van de muis.
