Testinkten kunnen informatie verschaffen over de hechtsterkte van drukinkten, lakken en lijmen op alle oppervlakken zoals kunststof, metaal en glas, en over de reinigingsgraad in mN/m (dyne/cm).
De arcotest® ORGANIC-testinkten zijn gekleurde testvloeistoffen met een gedefinieerde oppervlaktespanning. Ze zijn speciaal ontwikkeld als niet-giftige en niet-etiketteringsplichtige inkten. Het gebruik en de hantering van arcotest® ORGANIC is gebaseerd op DIN 53364 en ISO 8296. Resultaat: Als de randen van de aangebrachte inkt (met wattenstaafje of stift) binnen 2 seconden samentrekken, herhaal de meting dan met de eerstvolgende lagere waarde. Als de randen naar buiten uitlopen, herhaal de meting dan met de eerstvolgende hogere waarde. De oppervlaktespanning is bereikt wanneer de lijn gedurende 2 seconden intact blijft.
Houdbaarheid 1 jaar ongeopend, 6 maanden na opening. Individuele componenten van de testinkten verdampen in verschillende mate. Flessen en stiften na gebruik goed sluiten.
