The ClickTech EdU Cell Proliferation Kit from baseclick enables direct measurement of cell proliferation and differentiation between actively dividing and resting cells. With this method you can distinguish different stages of S-phase by the different replication patterns and determine the percentage of cells in S-phase quickly and reliably by flow cytometry.
The kit contains:
- 5-Ethynyl-deoxyuridine (5-EdU)
- 5/6-Sulforhodamine-101-PEG3-Azide
- DMSO
- Fixative solution (4% Paraformaldehyde in PBS)
- Saponin-based permeabilization andwash reagent (10x solution)
- Reactor System
- Buffer additive
