The LyoCube Package II stands for maximum performance in a compact format. It combines the Alpha 2-4 LSCplus with the innovative LyoCube drying chamber made of acrylic glass – for optimum visibility, convenient front loading, and precise process control.
Compared to the Alpha 1-4 LSCbasic, the Alpha 2-4 LSCplus offers significantly more power reserves, a lower ice condenser temperature of approx. –85 °C, and the option of working with heated shelves up to +60 °C. This makes the system ideal for demanding applications where process control, drying quality, and reproducibility are crucial.
The integrated Wireless Shelf Technology (WST) enables precise temperature control without annoying cables. Stainless steel components on the ice condenser, chamber, and waste water valve guarantee maximum material resistance and durability. Thanks to hot gas defrosting, the system is quickly ready for use again.
The LSCplus control system features intuitive touch operation, clear process visualization, and comprehensive data transparency. It provides access to process histories, parameter trends, and system messages—with a multilingual user interface, password protection, and maintenance display.
