Roti®-Hybri-Quick ready-to-use solution is an all-purpose solution for DNA-hybridisation experiments.Optimised sodiumphosphate buffer with superior signal-to-noise ratio. Compatible with all Southern- and Northern-hybridisations, all labelling and detection methods, and all types of membranes. Improved buffer formulation based on the hybridisation solution published by Church & Gilbert (PNAS USA, 81:1991-95).
