ROTI®Mount FluorCare DAPI is an aqueous mounting medium with antifading effect. Additional it contains ready-to-use DAPI allowing counterstaining of nuclei and mounting at the same time. DAPI has an excitation maximum at 359 nm and an emission maximum at 461 nm.ROTI®Mount FluorCare is also available with the dye propidiumiodide (HP21.1) and without dye (HP19.1).
