The next generation ROTISZINT® Cocktails have been developed to replace nonylphenylethoxylates (NPE) with more user-friendly, sustainable reagents. In addition, these modern cocktails show even higher scintillation efficiency and higher sample holding capacity. ROTISZINT® cocktails are also pleasant to use due to their high flash point.ROTISZINT® scintillation cocktails may be used in all biological, biochemical and chemical areas. Typical applications are, for instance, the measurement of cell culture supernatants, routine analysis, enzymatic or flow-count assays in the field of research, development or analytics.The cocktails are according to Directive 2003/53/ECC of the European Parliament and Council
Wide excitation range between 190 and 370 nmEmission maximum: 420-430 nmOur modern ROTISZINT® cocktails contain the same reagents as primary and secondary scintillators that were used in ROTISZINT®Eco plus. Thus, neither the excitation nor the detection wavelength change for the application. We also recommend to use the same scintillation protocol in the first approaches with one of the new ROTISZINT® cocktails as was previously used with the ROTISZINT®Eco plus (0016) cocktail. In many cases, the parameters are directly transferable. If the scintillation results are not satisfactory at first, the sample quantity (the ratio sample/cocktail) can be readjusted.
Special scintillation cocktail for measuring samples in filter plates. ROTISZINT®Filter can be used with practically all filter types as well as with dry, moist or wet filter plates; the wetting of the filters by the scintillation cocktail is fast and complete.

The addition of an elution buffer is not necessary. Filter plates can be directly wetted with the scintillation cocktail and measured.We recommend the use of ROTILABO®Dispensers.
