SONOPULS ultrasonic homogeniser, HD5050 set, max.vol. 0.5-100 ml, max.50W, incl. ultrasound generator GM 5050, ultrasonic transducer UW 5050, Sonotrode TS 102 with Ø 2 mm (for volumes of 0.5 to 20 ml).
Applications: cell disruption, homogenising, deagglomerating, emulsifying, suspending, accelerating chemical reactions or disruption of cells, bacteria, fungi or spores are the main areas of application.
- Ultrasonic transducer with 7″ touch display for displaying actual and target values for amplitude, pulsation and time
- Amplitude adjustment in 1% increments (from 10 to 100%)
- Power control in watts possible via slider or numerical indication
- Selectable time settings: timer (up to 9 h, 59 mins, 59 s) or continuous operation. Timer operation for displaying the remaining time, continuous operation with display of elapsed time
- Pulse interval is adjustable in 0.5 s increments. Sonication and pause can be specified independently from 0.5 to 600 s
- Storage for 8 programs for running through one after the other or can be combined in any order
- An optional temperature sensor for monitoring the sample temperature is available (please order separately); depending on the setting, a warning signal appears when the limit temperature is reached or the ultrasound is switched off
- USB A, USB B and Ethernet connection
Delivery incl. GM 5050 ultrasonic generator, UW 5050 ultrasonic transducer, TS 102 sonotrode with Ø 2 mm (for volumes of 0.5 to 20 ml).Please order support frame and temperature gauge separately if required.
