The Protegra OF 3000 reverse osmosis system
The Protegra OF 3000 cost-effectively produces larger quantities of deionized water. Equipped with high-quality components and an intelligent control system, the system must be connected to a tank with level monitoring to control production. The system provides high purity water with the advantage of continuous operation. Production runs automatically in two operating modes.
Product features and benefits:
- With energetically economical and high performance reverse osmosis membranes, a high output of pure water is achieved with a high salt retention rate at the same time. This minimizes the energy requirements and reduces water loss.
- Before each standby an automatic system flush is performed to reduce the ion concentration at the membranes which increases the life and reliability of the system.
- A microprocessor controller monitors the pure water quality and the status of the system. Exceeded values, such as expired maintenance intervals and water quality are displayed as alarm messages.
- The limit values for conductivity and flow rate of the pure water can be set individually.
- The system is structured clearly and can be operated from all sides for service purposes.
- The system is low-maintenance.
