Article 1: Prices and Shipping Costs
  • All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT and do not include shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and nature of the goods (e.g., hazardous or bulky items).
  • For orders below €250 (net value, excl. VAT), an administrative surcharge of €19,43 may be applied.
  • Shipping costs depend on the country, region, weight, and volume. Special handling for cold chain, dry ice, or bulky goods may incur additional fees.
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for exceptional cases, such as hazardous materials requiring special transport (e.g., ADR-compliant carriers).

Article 2: Delivery Times
  • Delivery times are indicative and refer to the time goods leave our suppliers' warehouses, not the arrival at your location.
  • Standard delivery within the BeNeFraLux region is 2-5 business days; for other EU countries, 3-7 business days. For the UK and Switzerland, delivery is 4-8 business days. Express options (1-2 days) are available at additional cost.
  • Delays do not entitle you to compensation, contract termination, refusal of receipt, or refund, unless due to our gross negligence.
  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, supply chain disruptions), we may suspend or cancel the order without liability.
  • We aim for speedy delivery but cannot guarantee exact times due to carrier dependencies.

Article 3: Delivery Location and Conditions
  • Delivery is made to the specified accessible address (ground level, no stairs; accessible via corridors or elevators).
  • If the delivery location is inaccessible, additional transport costs may be charged.
  • Deliveries are made under Incoterm EXW (Ex Works). Shipping rates apply, available via the website or upon request at info@luminixhealth.com.
  • If delivery instructions are not provided in time, we may charge storage costs (minimum €10 per month or part thereof) after notice, and store goods at your risk and expense.

Article 4: Damages and Issues
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@luminixhealth.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, providing photos and details.
  • We will evaluate the issue and resolve it (e.g., replacement, repair, or refund) in accordance with applicable law.

Article 5: Shipping for B2B Customers
  • For business customers (B2B), we offer tailored shipping options, including express and bulk delivery. Contact us for quotes on large orders or special requirements (e.g., cold chain for hospital supplies).
  • Shipping terms can be customized in our B2B agreements for recurring or high-volume purchases.
