GMP-compliant and suitable for cleanrooms. Fraunhofer IPA qualification seal certifies air purity class 3 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, air purity class 1 according to US Federal Standard 209E and ESD properties according to DIN EN 61340-5-1.
