Description
High-performance ultrasonic cleaning bath with heating for industry, service and maintenance. The welded oscillating tank made of stainless steel 1.4404, 2 mm guarantees maximum durability even with intensive use. A modular design enables a wide range of configurations from individual cleaning tanks to complete cleaning lines. The integrated overflow pocket is used to connect an oil separator for separating cleaned oil films from the cleaning solution.

Round tank corners on the sides and base facilitate tank cleaning. Dirt build-up is avoided. The operating elements are mounted in the upper part of the tank, making it easier to operate the ultrasound and heating switches. The inclined tank floor enables better cleaning results through optimised sound propagation. Emptying the tank is made easier, dirt accumulation and residual liquid on the floor are largely avoided.
The ultrasonic/rinsing baths with the additional designation ''...-ST'' are equipped with an interface (potential-free contacts) for control and monitoring by an external control unit.
