Description
BOLA replacement inner parts HT for GL 14 thread and 2,0 mm hose outer diameter are laboratory fitting components designed for secure tube connections in chemical and analytical workflows. Each set comprises a clamping ring made of PPS together with a sealing wedge and sealing plate of PTFE; for hose outer diameters smaller than 3 mm an additional FKM O-ring is included that remains outside contact with the flow medium. Only PTFE touches the medium, delivering very good chemical resistance across a wide range of laboratory fluids and solvents. The GL 14 geometry supports standard laboratory screw fittings, while the 2,0 mm hose size suits fine tubing lines used in sampling, reagent transfer and instrument connections. Supplied as a single piece with a net weight of 0,003 kg, these inner parts from manufacturer Bohlender restore sealing integrity without replacing the entire screw fitting. They are intended as genuine HT-series spares for BOLA laboratory assemblies where reliable media isolation and mechanical clamping are required. The combination of PPS structural strength and PTFE wetted surfaces makes the parts suitable for routine maintenance of chemically demanding fluid paths in research and quality-control laboratories.

What is this article?
BOLA HT Replacement Inner Parts, GL 14 Ø 2,0 mm inner parts made of PPS and PTFE is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Hose connectors, adapters & fittings, inside Tubing, hoses & fittings, in Labware.
A hose connector or adapter joins two lines, or steps one bore down to another. The barb diameter has to match the tube, and the thread has to match the stopcock or the bottle. Most leaks are a mismatch here, not a hole in the tube.
Tubing is how a liquid or a gas moves between two vessels without being poured. Silicone stays flexible and survives repeated autoclaving. PTFE resists almost every solvent and is stiff. PVC is the ordinary flexible line for water and for mild aqueous work. The fitting, not the tube, is what usually leaks: the barb, the thread and the stopcock have to match the tube bore. Glass and plastic apparatus around these lines is indexed under ISO laboratory ware.
