Description
AccuOne battery-operated drum pump with discharge elbow, 100 cm, delivers cordless electric transfer of small liquid volumes into containers with narrow openings, independent of a wall outlet. Its lightweight lithium-ion battery has no memory effect and includes auto-stop protection against deep discharge, enabling roughly 1500 l of filling per charge. On the sealed touch panel the delivery rate is adjusted continuously between 0,4 l/min and 12 l/min for accurate one-handed dosing. Clip-on hybrid power modules let the battery and mains supply interchange, and the drive itself unclips from the pump unit so one motor can serve several fixed stations without cleaning immersion tubes between media. Immersion depth is steplessly set up to 100 cm, supporting good residual emptying of drums and canisters. Constructed from PP, PTFE and Hastelloy C by manufacturer Bürkle, the pump resists many acids, alkalis, chemicals and cleaning agents at viscosities up to about 200 mPas. The 100 cm tube with discharge elbow is well suited to deeper laboratory and small-batch containers where flexible, mains-free dispensing is required.

Questions about AccuOne barrel pump w/ discharge tube, 100 cm
What is this article?
AccuOne barrel pump w/ discharge tube, 100 cm is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bürkle for laboratory use. It sits in Hose connectors, adapters & fittings, inside Tubing, hoses & fittings, in Labware.
A hose connector or adapter joins two lines, or steps one bore down to another. The barb diameter has to match the tube, and the thread has to match the stopcock or the bottle. Most leaks are a mismatch here, not a hole in the tube.
Tubing is how a liquid or a gas moves between two vessels without being poured. Silicone stays flexible and survives repeated autoclaving. PTFE resists almost every solvent and is stiff. PVC is the ordinary flexible line for water and for mild aqueous work. The fitting, not the tube, is what usually leaks: the barb, the thread and the stopcock have to match the tube bore. Glass and plastic apparatus around these lines is indexed under ISO laboratory ware.
