The hinged Safe-Lock lid reliably prevents unintentional opening during incubation and storage, while g-Safe® centrifugation resistance of up to 30.000 × g (variant-dependent) helps avoid vessel breakage and sample loss, including when handling hazardous materials. Produced without mould-release agents, plasticisers or biocides that could compromise bioassays, these tubes offer a precise lid seal for very low evaporation rates during long-term storage. A large frosted lid and exterior surface allow easy labelling. They function reliably from −86 °C to 100 °C and are autoclavable when open (121 °C, 20 min).
