AHN myPlate 96-well PCR plate with 0,1 mL well capacity is a skirtless, frosted low-profile plate intended for polymerase chain reaction workflows. Each well has a height of 15,50 mm and a raised rim that enables secure film sealing, reducing evaporation and protecting sample integrity throughout thermal cycling. The frosted surface markedly improves the signal-to-noise ratio in qPCR, thereby increasing the accuracy and reliability of quantitative results. Clear alphanumeric coding permits rapid identification of individual well positions so that samples can be tracked conveniently during experiments. Fabricated from polypropylene (PP) by AHN Biotechnologie, the natural-coloured plates feature round bottoms and are supplied non-sterile. The carton contains 5 × 20 plates, giving a total of 100 pieces. Plates can be sealed with disposable adhesive films; a compatibility table is available on request. These myPlate® PCR plates support efficient, reproducible sample handling in molecular-biology laboratories performing both standard and real-time PCR applications.
