Description
BOLA propeller additional blades for shaft diameter 10 mm provide solid PTFE stirring wings with an outer diameter of 75 mm for use on matching BOLA stirrer shafts made of PTFE with metal. The massive blades are PTFE, while the clamping fixtures are manufactured from a PEEK compound. Several blades can be mounted twist-proof on the shaft and positioned freely in height and rotation direction by means of the clamp fastening, supporting multi-level or multi-orientation stirring arrangements. Blade dimensions according to the manufacturer drawing are A–B–C 75 – 18 – 3 mm; the matching open-end wrench (size 19) is included for assembly. This accessory from manufacturer Bohlender is intended for laboratory propeller, anchor and turbine stirring setups that require chemically resistant PTFE contact surfaces and flexible blade placement. Net weight is 0,1434 kg. The product is supplied as one piece and is designed exclusively for compatible BOLA shafts of 10 mm diameter where secure, non-rotating blade fixation is needed.

Questions about BOLA Propeller Blades, Ø 10 mm a Ø 75 mm for stainless steel shafts jacketed wit
What is this article?
BOLA Propeller Blades, Ø 10 mm a Ø 75 mm for stainless steel shafts jacketed wit is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Bohlender for laboratory use. It sits in Stirring shafts, propellers & impellers, inside Stirring, shaking & mixing, in Lab instruments.
A shaft, a propeller or an impeller is the wetted end of an overhead stirrer. The diameter and the pitch decide whether the liquid turns over. The material, stainless steel or PTFE, decides what the liquid may be. The chuck size has to match the stirrer.
Stirring keeps a mixture uniform or helps a solid dissolve. A magnetic stirrer spins a bar inside a closed vessel. An overhead stirrer drives a shaft when the liquid is viscous or the volume is large. A vortex mixer agitates a tube. A shaker moves a whole rack or a plate. The shape of the impeller and the speed decide whether the liquid turns over or merely spins. The vessels being stirred are indexed under ISO laboratory glassware.
