Description
CellCamper® Midi is a compact cool transport box for the safe transport of cells without ice or other energy sources. Dedicated cooling units covering 0 to +4 °C, -20 to 0 °C and -22 to -18 °C keep temperatures stable for 5 to 14 hours; dry ice can be used as an alternative. The supplied aluminium block holds 30 reaction vessels of 1,5 ml or 2,0 ml volume and incorporates a temperature scale for convenient monitoring. The design prevents vessels from tipping and delivers safer, more controlled transport than conventional solutions. Should contamination occur, the Midi box is readily cleaned with alcohol. Scope of delivery comprises the CellCamper® Midi housing, the aluminium block with temperature scale and one Cool cooling unit (0 to +4 °C, up to 14 hours). Additional cooling units and aluminium blocks are available as accessories from manufacturer neolab - Labor. The system is well suited for routine laboratory transfer of temperature-sensitive samples in reaction tubes.

Questions about CellCamper® Midi Cooler Box including aluminum block for 30x1.5 ml reaction vess
What is this article?
CellCamper® Midi Cooler Box including aluminum block for 30x1.5 ml reaction vess is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes neolab for laboratory use. It sits in Cryo boxes, racks & freezer storage, inside Cryogenics & cold storage, in Lab consumables.
A cryo box or a freezer rack is how vials are found again at −80 °C or in the vapour phase of nitrogen. The grid, 9×9 or 10×10, has to match the vials. A cardboard box and a polycarbonate box differ in whether they survive liquid nitrogen. The map of the box is part of the sample.
Cold storage slows chemistry and keeps cells, proteins and nucleic acids from falling apart. A cryogenic vial is made to survive liquid-nitrogen temperatures and to be sealed against the liquid. A box and a rack are how those vials are found again. The article is not part of free standard delivery when it must stay cold: cold-chain goods are never included in that free delivery. Biosafety of the material inside is summarised by the WHO laboratory biosafety topic. Reference lines are held by ATCC.
