Ceramus® HF 2–10 ml is a bottle-top dispenser engineered for hydrofluoric acid and other highly aggressive media, with variable volume setting in defined steps across the 2–10 ml range. Piston, cylinder, valve seats and ball are manufactured from high-purity ceramic (Al2O3), while the valve spring is platinum/iridium for maximum chemical resistance. A reagent recirculation system supports safe priming and reduced waste. The dispenser is sterilizable up to 121 °C and is delivered complete with screw thread A 45 mm, three thread adapters (A 32, S 40, A 38), suction tube with union nut, discharge unit and assembly key. Each unit from manufacturer Hirschmann carries an individual serial number, a single-unit calibration certificate and a declaration of conformity according to DIN 12600. Nominal volume is 0,01 l; net weight is 0,449 kg. The ceramic fluid path makes this model suitable for demanding inorganic and etching chemistry where conventional dispensers would be attacked.
