DispoDipper SteriPlast is a cleanroom-manufactured disposable sampling scoop in blue transparent polypropylene (PP), intended for single-use sample collection. The scaled 100 ml sample container carries markings in ml and oz for accurate measuring and content indication, and can be closed liquid-tight after sampling. A closed handle construction supports secure handling during use. Produced and packaged under cleanroom class 7 conditions and aligned with EU food and FDA guidelines, this sterile version from manufacturer Bürkle is individually packed and gamma-irradiated. With an immersion depth of 270 mm, overall length of 415 mm, height of 98 mm and diameter of 53 mm, it is well suited to sampling from drums, canisters and other containers with openings from about 52 mm. Manufactured as one piece, the DispoDipper combines sampling and subsequent sample transport in a single device, helping to avoid cross-contamination. After collection, the lid is detached at a predetermined breaking point and the handle can likewise be separated for compact, space-saving transport of the sealed sample container. The blue colour supports use in food, feed and pharmaceutical environments.
