Dosing pump SIMDOS® 02, FEM1.02FT.18S PTFE is a chemically resistant diaphragm dosing pump for precise metering of liquids. It offers a flow rate of 0,03–20 ml/min at zero delivery head, a pressure head of 60 mWS and a suction head of 2 mWS. The pump head is executed in PTFE, while the diaphragm and valves are made of FFKM, providing broad chemical compatibility. Flow rate is adjustable manually (version S). An additional safety diaphragm maximises protection, and the delivery membrane can be changed easily via the maintenance command stored in the operating programme. Hose connection is ID 1,6 mm / OD 3,2 mm. Permissible ambient temperature is +5 to +40 °C and media temperature +5 to +80 °C. The compact unit measures 93 × 144 × 150 mm and weighs 0,9 kg.
