SONOREX TECHNIK RM 112 UH-ST is a high-performance ultrasonic cleaning bath with heating and interface, operating at 40 kHz for industry, service and maintenance. The welded oscillating tank in 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 is built for intensive use, while a modular layout supports setups from a single tank to a full cleaning line. An integrated overflow pocket allows connection of an oil separator so removed oil films can be separated from the cleaning solution; a spray pipe directs floating oils into that pocket. A fill-level switch protects heater and ultrasonic transducers against dry running. Height-adjustable feet, rounded side and bottom corners and a sloping tank floor ease cleaning, improve sound distribution and reduce residue. Controls sit in the upper tank area for convenient operation of ultrasound and heat. Units marked “-ST” provide potential-free contacts for external control and monitoring via PLC, robot controller or hand switch with signal lamp.
