DURAN® Burette Class AS with Schellbach stripe and glass key is a high-accuracy volumetric instrument made from chemically highly resistant borosilicate glass 3.3. The 10 ml burette carries precise scaling with main-point ring graduation and a Schellbach stripe that enables very accurate meniscus reading after titration. Calibration is performed to deliver (Ex) at +20 °C reference temperature with a waiting time of 30 seconds, ensuring volumes can be withdrawn exactly according to the scale because liquid adhesion is accounted for. Tolerances meet ISO and DIN error limits for Class AS. The straight NS stopcock is fitted with a glass key. Burettes of accuracy class AS carrying a batch number are supplied with a batch certificate that documents the mean value, standard deviation and issue date; certificates are also available online.
