Description
Dynamic climate chamber MK115-480V-C is a programmable environmental test unit for heat and cold testing over a temperature range from −40 °C to +180 °C. With a nominal volume of 115 l, it uses APT.line™ preheating chamber technology for homogeneous temperature distribution and is suited to cyclic temperature tests as a practical alternative to complex custom solutions. The chamber provides programmable condensation protection for samples, a heated viewing window with LED interior lighting, and an intuitive touchscreen controller with time-segment and real-time programming. An internal data logger records measured values in open format for USB readout, while Ethernet enables computer connectivity. The stainless-steel interior is supplied with one stainless-steel shelf, a 50 mm access port with silicone plug on the left, class 2 temperature safety device (DIN 12880) with optical alarm, door heating, adjustable ramp function, integrated chart recorder, real-time clock, and four casters (two lockable). Cooling is by compression refrigeration with CFC-free refrigerant R-452A. BINDER Multi Management Software APT-COM™ Basic Edition supports multi-unit management. This model from manufacturer Binder is intended for reliable thermal stress and climate testing in laboratory and industrial settings.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MK115-480V-C
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MK115-480V-C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
The category is Heating, drying & cooling. The sub-category is Drying ovens & climate chambers. The catalogue is Lab instruments.
