Description
Dynamic climate chamber MKF115-400V is an environmental simulation cabinet for cold and heat testing to common DIN and IEC temperature and climate standards. Its 115 l nominal volume supports a temperature range from −40 °C to +180 °C and humidity control from 10 % r.H. to 98 % r.H. via a capacitive humidity sensor with steam humidification and an integrated 20 L water reservoir. APT.line™ preheating chamber technology, programmable condensation protection for samples, a heated viewing window with LED interior lighting and door heating promote stable, user-friendly operation. An intuitive touchscreen controller offers time-segment and real-time programming; an internal data logger exports measured values in open format via USB. Further equipment includes Ethernet interface, adjustable ramp function, integrated chart recorder, real-time clock, four potential-free switching contacts, Class 2 temperature safety device (DIN 12880) with optical alarm, fault diagnosis with optical and acoustic alarm, and low-water alarm. The stainless-steel interior, CFC-free refrigerant R-452A, compression refrigeration, silicone access port (50 mm, left), hose rupture protection with water supply and drain up to 1 m height, four casters (two lockable) and one stainless-steel shelf complete the unit from manufacturer Binder, supplied with APT-COM™ Basic Edition software.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MKF115-400V
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MKF115-400V is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
The category is Heating, drying & cooling. The sub-category is Drying ovens & climate chambers. The catalogue is Lab instruments.
Shelves beside this one are Muffle & tube furnaces, Heating mantles, Circulators, chillers & thermostats, Water & oil baths, Hot plates & heating blocks, Incubators, Heating & cooling (other), Temperature control accessories, Laboratory refrigerators & freezers, Autoclaves & sterilisers, Bunsen & gas burners and Heating tapes, cables & plates.
What should I check before I order?
