Description
Dynamic climate chamber MKF400-400V is an environmental simulation cabinet for cold and heat testing from −40 °C to +180 °C with humidity control from 10 % r.h. to 98 % r.h. The 417 l stainless-steel working space supports temperature and climate tests according to established DIN and IEC standards. Humidity is regulated via a capacitive humidity sensor and steam humidification, complemented by an integrated 20 l water reservoir. APT.line™ preheating chamber technology and the overall MKF series design target reliable handling in routine environmental simulation. CFC-free refrigerant R-452A is used in the refrigeration circuit. An intuitive touchscreen controller provides time-segment and real-time programming for structured test sequences. One stainless-steel shelf, a left-side 50 mm access port with silicone plug and four potential-free switching contacts form part of the standard equipment. With forced-air temperature control, program memory, timer functions and USB interface capability as specified, this Binder chamber combines broad climatic range with practical laboratory features for demanding thermal and humidity workloads.
This article is part of Drying ovens & climate chambers, in Heating, drying & cooling.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MKF400-400V
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MKF400-400V is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
