Dynamic climate chamber MKT240-400V is an environmental simulation cabinet for cyclic temperature testing from −70 °C to +180 °C. Its 228 l stainless-steel interior uses APT.line™ preheating chamber technology and forced-air circulation to maintain homogeneous conditions across demanding thermal profiles. Programmable condensation protection safeguards samples, while a heated viewing window with LED interior lighting supports visual monitoring. Cooling is realised by a cascade compression refrigeration machine with CFC-free refrigerants R-452A and R-23. The MCS controller enables time-segment programming, adjustable ramp functions, an integrated chart recorder and real-time clock; four potential-free switching contacts can be activated as required. A class 2 temperature safety device (DIN 12880) with optical alarm, fault diagnosis with optical and acoustic signals, door heating, a 50 mm access port with silicone plug, Ethernet interface and BINDER Multi Management Software APT-COM™ Basic Edition complete the configuration.
