Light yellow with colourless tips, they are supplied as 3840 pieces in ten trays of 384 tips and are tailored to high-density 384-well plate workflows. Together with 16- and 24-channel Research plus and Xplorer plus pipettes as well as 20 µL and 100 µL Move It adjustable tip-spacing pipettes from manufacturer Eppendorf, they form a matched system for secure, reliable liquid handling. Designed for a cone spacing of 4,5 mm, the innovative SOFTattach technology provides a dependable fit and seal so an entire 384-well plate can be filled without tips loosening. Excellent coaxiality maintains precise tip alignment during plate movement and transfer, while the tip geometry is matched to 384-well plate wells. Attachment force is reduced by 40 % per cone compared with 8- and 12-channel pipettes, and SOFTeject lowers ejection forces on 16- and 24-channel instruments for more ergonomic work.
