Each tip is 71 mm long, filter-free and finished colourless, while the blue colour code supports fast volume recognition at the bench. The pack contains 1000 tips supplied in two resealable bags of 500, keeping unused tips protected between uses. Produced to Eppendorf Quality grade by manufacturer Eppendorf, these Standard tips are not sterile as delivered yet can be autoclaved for 20 minutes at 121 °C when a sterile workflow is required after opening. The epT.I.P.S.® Standard line spans sizes from 10 µL to 10 mL and is also available in BioBased variants; selected mid-range sizes additionally offer yellow or blue colour coding.
